2. The services include individual and group training provided by the Service Provider.

5. The Service Provider undertakes to deliver services to the highest quality standards.
6. The service is provided on a payment-before-service basis.
7. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel a service if payment is not received.
8. The Service Provider ensures that all services are performed and provided reliably and diligently.
9. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage or loss caused by its services, except for damage or loss resulting from the Service Provider's intentional conduct or gross negligence.

11. Clients are responsible for personal belongings and clothing to be worn during training. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage or loss caused by clients.
12. The Service Provider may refuse services at any time if a client breaches these Terms of Service or if the Service Provider considers the client untrustworthy or a negative influence on other clients.
